Hiring Job Position: Project Manager

Job Position Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least Degree education level.
• Language: (Main) Mandarin, (Sub) English.
• Candidates must be competence in event management, business management or relevant field.
• Proficient with computer skill such as Microsoft Office, Gantt chart.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• To motivate and lead project team to work efficiency and productivity.
• To increase company growth in revenue and profit.

Job Description

• To ensure all project deliver on-time, within scope and within project budget.
• To develop detailed project plan, ensure project resources availability and proper allocation.
• To develop project objectives and scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• To organize, coordinate, optimize and manage the projects such as seminars, courses and events of the company in high quality and professional level.
• To research and develop high standard of quality of event arrangement and project management.
• To work out project budgeting and optimize the project expenses.
• To ensure the arrangement of events meet the customers’ expectation and improve on customer satisfaction level.
• To manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholder.
• To develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Leading and motivating the project team and improve the work efficiency and productivity.
• Develop effective project work procedures, policies and workflow to improve the efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training to project department in workflow, SOP and system management.
• To achieve KPI and company goal with the team.
• To assist in ad hoc task and other task that superior assign to.

Salary Package

Basic Salary + KPI Performance Incentive + Annual Performance Bonus + Promotion Opportunity
Basic Salary Range start from RM4000 to RM8000 (depends on candidates’ professional skill, competency level, work experience and education level.)
